This creamy, flavorful chicken dish is quick to prepare using your pressure cooker, perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast cutlets (about 1/3 inch thin)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 cups Heavy cream (plus more as needed)
  • 1/2 cup Freshly shredded parmesan (plus garnish)

Garnish

  • Chopped Italian parsley for garnish Chopped Italian parsley

Instructions 

  • Season chicken cutlets with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in pressure cooker with olive oil until golden, then set aside.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the cooker, sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then return chicken to the cooker. Cook under pressure for 8 minutes.
  • Release pressure, stir in parmesan cheese until melted, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, simmer uncovered for a few minutes after pressure cooking.
