Instructions
Season chicken cutlets with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in pressure cooker with olive oil until golden, then set aside.
Add butter and minced garlic to the cooker, sauté until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then return chicken to the cooker. Cook under pressure for 8 minutes.
Release pressure, stir in parmesan cheese until melted, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer uncovered for a few minutes after pressure cooking.
