A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy garlic sauce served over rice and steamed broccoli.
Ingredients

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken with salt and pepper; cook 6-8 minutes until golden.
Stir in minced garlic; cook 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, scrape skillet, and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan; cook 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Add Italian seasoning, return chicken, and cook 2-3 minutes. Serve over rice with broccoli and garnish.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
