Instructions
Slice chicken breasts, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, then dredge in flour and Parmesan.
Heat oil in a skillet, sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Melt butter, cook garlic until golden, then stir in flour and gradually add chicken broth and seasonings to build the sauce.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, then return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Notes
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables for a complete meal.
