  • 2 cups cooked rice (Any type of cooked rice works well.)
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (Can substitute with regular butter and minced garlic.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Can swap for Monterey Jack or mozzarella.)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (Skip if necessary, but enhances flavor.)

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (Optional for serving.)

Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned; season with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic butter to the beef and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked rice and cheeses; cook until heated through and cheese melts.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes
