Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and flour; cook in a pan with half the butter until no longer pink, then set aside.
Sauté garlic in remaining butter, add tomatoes and spices; cook until tomatoes soften. Add cream, broth, and tomato sauce, simmer.
Stir in spinach and Parmesan until wilted, then add cooked chicken and pasta; stir and serve with basil and extra Parmesan.
Notes
Use fresh basil for the best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
