Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken, shredded

Vegetables

  • 4 medium potatoes potatoes, peeled and sliced

Dairy

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
  • Boil sliced potatoes until tender, then drain and layer in dish.
  • Mix chicken, soup, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper; pour over potatoes.
  • Sprinkle cheese and drizzle melted butter on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
