A rich and comforting dish combining tender chicken, fluffy gnocchi, and a creamy tomato spinach sauce for a satisfying meal.

chicken breast
(about 2 breasts, cut into ¾ – 1 inch pieces)
Seasonings

butter

garlic (minced)

chicken stock

heavy cream (double cream in the UK)
Gnocchi

gnocchi
Spices & Tomatoes

smoked paprika

sundried tomatoes (chopped)
Cheese & Greens

grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook chicken in oil with seasonings until 165°F/74°C, then set aside.
Melt butter, cook garlic 30 seconds, deglaze with chicken stock.
Add cream and gnocchi, simmer 5 minutes until sauce thickens and gnocchi are tender.
Stir in paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese; add spinach and wilt.
Return chicken to pan, stir, then serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh spinach for best flavor, and adjust seasoning to taste.
