Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Butter

  • 2 tbsp butter

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Cook seasoned chicken breasts in butter until golden, then slice.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, scrape browned bits, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, then add cooked pasta and chicken, tossing to coat.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan before serving.
