Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Cook ground beef in oil until browned, drain excess fat, then set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then stir in flour and cook briefly.
Gradually add beef stock and marinara, season, simmer until thickened, then combine with pasta and beef.
Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, and cheese until melted. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with fresh parsley or basil before serving.
