Ingredients

  • 1 piece ripe Hass avocado
  • 2 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup milk (dairy, oat, almond—your call)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: 2 Tbsp coconut milk, a drizzle of honey, or a scoop of durian (Optional add-ins for flavor)

Instructions 

  • Slice the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop into your blender.
  • Add condensed milk, milk, and ice to the blender.
  • Blend for 60–90 seconds until smooth and mint-colored.
  • Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  • Pour into a glass, insert a straw, and enjoy.

Notes

You can customize the sweetness with honey or coconut milk for extra flavor.
