A delicious and nutritious smoothie combining tropical pineapple, fresh spinach, and creamy avocado for a perfect healthy treat.

Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach ((or 1 cup frozen spinach))
  • 1 ripe avocado avocado
  • 1 frozen banana banana
  • 0.75 cup light coconut milk ((canned or from a carton))
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt sea salt
  • 8 ice cubes ice cubes
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder ((optional))

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired. Add more coconut milk for thinner consistency, then blend again.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen banana and spinach.
