Instructions
Saute sliced onion in oil until translucent.
Add garlic, ginger, and green chilies; cook for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and coriander; cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, then mix in cream cheese and coriander. Cool completely.
Spread mixture on bread slices, top with another slice, and press down. Slice and serve.
