Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Scramble egg mixture in a skillet with melted butter and set aside.
Cook bacon until crispy, cut into pieces, and set aside.
Layer rolls, cheese, eggs, bacon, and top with remaining cheese.
Brush with ranch butter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
