These delicious breakfast sliders are packed with eggs, bacon, and cheese, making them perfect for a crowd.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 8 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package hawaiian rolls ((12-oz))

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Scramble egg mixture in a skillet with melted butter and set aside.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, cut into pieces, and set aside.
  • Layer rolls, cheese, eggs, bacon, and top with remaining cheese.
  • Brush with ranch butter and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding diced vegetables or spices to the egg mixture.
