A hearty and delicious breakfast casserole packed with sausage, beef, and cheese, perfect for feeding a crowd.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Brown the sausage in a skillet and cook beef until crispy. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Combine hash browns, sausage, beef, onions, peppers, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese in another bowl.
Spread mixture in the baking dish, pour egg mixture over, and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45–50 minutes until set and golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the casserole cool slightly for easier slicing.
