Instructions
Cook sausage and bacon in a skillet until browned; drain fat.
Blend cream cheese and sour cream; add milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cooked meats, hash browns, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); pour mixture into greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake covered for 50–60 minutes, then uncovered for 8–10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let rest before slicing; serve warm.
