Ingredients
Corn

Instructions
Prepare the corn: boil, grill, or thaw and char until lightly golden.
Gently combine corn, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño.
Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
Add cilantro, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
Serve immediately or chill briefly; add avocado and lime just before serving.
