This flavorful turkey breast is coated with a sweet and spiced honey glaze, perfect for a festive or family dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb boneless turkey breast roast (Butterball)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • pinch allspice

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix honey, melted butter, sugar, and spices to create the glaze.
  • Place turkey in a baking dish, brush with glaze, and pour chicken broth around it.
  • Bake for about 90 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness.
