Ingredients

Liquid

  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 75 ml coconut milk

Fruits

  • 1 frozen banana frozen banana (Use frozen for best texture)
  • 5 strawberries strawberries (Fresh or frozen)
  • 10 raspberries raspberries (Fresh or frozen)

Instructions 

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use frozen banana for a creamier texture and keep the smoothie chilled.
