6 ¼ozall-purpose flour

Wet ingredients
2ozplain yogurt
4flozneutral-flavored oil
2 ½flozmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3ozsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with 9 paper liners.
Mix sugar, egg, yogurt, oil, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chips.
Fill muffin cups almost to the top and bake for 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then remove and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
