Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  • Add apples, cinnamon, and vanilla; sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Remove a few apple slices for topping.
  • Add oats and almond milk; bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve topped with reserved apples, almond butter, and maple syrup.
