Delicious and healthy protein bites packed with chocolate and strawberry flavor, perfect for a quick snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

Dried Fruits and Nuts

  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 0.33 cup almond, cashew, or another nut butter
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder ((should be 50-60 grams))
  • 1.25 cups freeze-dried strawberries (chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 Tablespoons milk (any kind)
  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Mix oats, nut butter, honey, protein powder, strawberries, 2 tablespoons of milk, and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  • Stir until well combined; use hands to knead the mixture together.
  • Portion the mixture into balls using a small cookie scoop and roll to smooth.
  • If mixture is too dry, add remaining milk a teaspoon at a time and mix again.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.

Notes

Keep mixture chilled for best texture and flavor.
