Ingredients

Crust

  • 1.5 cups chocolate sandwich cookies (finely crushed)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Cheesecake Layers

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • 0.5 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate

Strawberry Layer

  • 0.75 cup strawberry puree or strawberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into cups for crust.
  • Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  • Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Divide mixture; stir melted chocolate into one part, then layer over crust.
  • Top with vanilla layer, swirl strawberry sauce, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
