Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
  • 0.33 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Beat wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
