Instructions
Marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for at least 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy, sugar, broth, and cornstarch to make the sauce.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 30 seconds, then rinse with cold water.
Cook beef in a hot wok with oil until browned, then set aside.
Stir-fry garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; add broccoli and beef, then pour in sauce and cook until thickened.
