Instructions
Cook ground beef with onions and garlic until browned.
Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and chili seasoning; simmer for 10 minutes.
Prepare cornbread batter according to package instructions, then fold in corn and shredded cheese.
Spread beef mixture in a casserole dish, top with cornbread batter, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with sour cream.
Notes
