A flavorful and easy-to-make dish combining tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and cheesy tortellini, all coated in vibrant basil pesto.

1.5lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts(sliced into 1¼-inch strips)

0.5tspIrresistibles Garlic powder
0.5tspIrresistibles Onion powder
0.25cupIrresistibles Sundried Tomatoes(chopped)
4tbspIrresistibles Basil Pesto(divided)
5tbspolive oil(divided)
0.5tsplemon juice(plus 4 lemon slices for garnish)
1lbfresh green beans(tops trimmed)
1 pintgrape tomatoes(sliced into halves)
350gIrresistibles Tortellini(fresh)
0.25cupIrresistibles Basil(for garnish, chopped)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss chicken with seasonings, 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, and 2 tbsp pesto. Marinate.
Arrange chicken and lemon slices on one side of the baking sheet; toss green beans with 1 tbsp olive oil on the other side. Roast 23-25 mins, tossing green beans halfway.
Cook tortellini according to package, drain, toss with remaining olive oil and pesto. Season as needed.
Serve chicken, tortellini, green beans, and tomatoes. Garnish with basil and lemon slices.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
