Instructions
Marinate chicken with seasoning, bullion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and oil for 1 minute to 48 hours.
Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until charred, about 8 minutes per side; dice after cooling.
Alternatively, grill chicken for 8 minutes per side, then dice.
Blend cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, cumin, chili powder, jalapeño, and oil until smooth.
Warm tortillas, then layer with chicken, lettuce, tomato, and cilantro sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra spice, add more jalapeño or hot sauce.
