Instructions
Cube chicken breasts, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then dredge in flour.
Heat 1.5 tbsp olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook chicken until golden, then remove and set aside.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and Dijon mustard, cook for 1 minute, then pour in chicken broth, scraping browned bits.
Return chicken to skillet, simmer until cooked through, then stir in sour cream and heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
