Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks. Sauté in a skillet with butter and Italian seasoning until browned.
Add garlic, cream, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
Mix in cooked pasta and parmesan cheese; serve hot. Garnish with parsley flakes if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
