Ingredients

Pasta

  • 10 oz bowtie pasta

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Dairy

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoon garlic puree
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Seasonings & Vegetables

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 2 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  • Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks. Sauté in a skillet with butter and Italian seasoning until browned.
  • Add garlic, cream, salt, and pepper; simmer until thickened. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and parmesan cheese; serve hot. Garnish with parsley flakes if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half and half instead of heavy cream.
