  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut into Chunks

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Reduced Fat Biscuits
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Fat Free Half and Half
  • 2 cups Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp Hot Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Optional Garnish

  • Chopped Parsley or Green Onions (Optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Whisk together chicken broth, half-and-half, hot honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cornstarch.
  • Add chicken to sauce, then pour into a casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and arrange biscuits on top.
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes until golden and bubbling. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle chopped herbs on top before serving.
