Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

Produce

  • 2 ripe avocados avocados, diced
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes

Instructions 

  • Mix chicken, avocados, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Stir in red onion and parsley into the mixture.
  • Warm tortillas until pliable.
  • Divide mixture onto tortillas, add lettuce and tomatoes if desired, then roll up.
  • Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or your favorite salsa.
