A creamy and comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.
  • Cook sliced chicken in olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until smooth. Toss in cooked pasta, adding reserved water if needed, and heat through.
  • Adjust seasoning, then serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
