Ingredients

Fruits

  • 0.5 cup dark sweet cherries
  • 1 piece ripe banana
  • 0.5 cup frozen mixed berries

Dairy & Seeds

  • 1 cup Lowfat Cherry Kefir
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Toppings

  • fresh berries and/or cherries, sliced banana, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or raw almonds

Instructions 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend on low, then high.
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
