A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich combining garlic bread, seasoned shredded chicken, and melted cheeses for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Bread

  • 2 slices garlic bread
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the chicken mixture on one slice of garlic bread and top with cheeses.
  • Place the second slice on top and grill in a skillet until golden and cheese melts.
  • Remove from heat, slice if desired, and serve.
