Instructions
Cook ground beef with cumin, minced onion, and garlic powder until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and 1 cup milk. Bring to a gentle boil.
Add pasta and simmer until cooked, then reduce heat.
Stir in cheeses and remaining milk until melted and combined. Serve warm.
