A hearty and comforting dish combining seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, and melted cheddar cheese for a satisfying meal.

cream of mushroom soup

cheddar cheese, shredded

milk

Salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook ground beef in olive oil until browned; drain excess fat.
Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
Mix beef, potatoes, soup, milk, seasonings; transfer to a greased dish.
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add chopped onions or herbs.
