Instructions
Mix soured cream with lemon juice, zest, chives, chilli flakes, black pepper, and salt. Set aside.
Reheat pancakes if needed, then divide among plates. Top each with flavored soured cream and smoked salmon.
Garnish with black pepper, chopped chives, and chilli flakes. Serve with salad leaves and lemon wedges.
Notes
Prepare the flavored soured cream ahead for easier assembly.
