Delightful bite-sized treats combining fresh apples, cookie dough, and caramel for a sweet, satisfying snack.
Ingredients

apple, finely chopped

peanut butter (or your favorite nut or seed butter)

vanilla (optional)

fine grain sea salt

cashew (or peanut, almond) butter for caramel

maple syrup for caramel

blackstrap molasses or brown sugar for caramel
Instructions
Sauté chopped apples in oil until softened.
Mix all ingredients to form dough, then fold in cooled apples.
Form 12 bites using hands or a scoop.
Mix caramel ingredients and drizzle over bites.
Store in fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer.
Notes
Chill the bites before serving for best texture.
