Instructions
Heat oil and cook diced bell pepper until tender.
Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until thickened.
Add shrimp, tomatoes, honey, hot sauce, and cheese; cook until shrimp are pink and sauce is creamy.
Finish with lime juice, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
