Instructions
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and coat with flour.
Heat oil and cook chicken until golden; set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and cook briefly.
Add diced tomatoes, cream, honey, hot sauce, and seasonings; simmer.
Return chicken to pan, top with cheese, and cook until melted. Garnish with lime and cilantro.
Notes
Adjust spice levels to taste and serve with lime wedges and cilantro for added freshness.
