Ingredients

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar; let stand until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Mix yeast mixture, sugar, warm milk, melted butter, egg, flour, and salt; knead until smooth.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch down dough, divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, and place in a greased pan.
Cover and let rise for 30 minutes; preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush rolls with melted butter.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown; brush with more melted butter before serving.
