Delicious and easy-to-make buffalo chicken sliders perfect for parties or quick dinners.

Ingredients

Buns

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 0.94 cup hot sauce
  • 0.93 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix shredded chicken with hot sauce and ranch dressing.
  • Slice buns in half and place bottoms on baking sheet.
  • Spread chicken mixture on buns, top with cheese, then add the top buns.
  • Brush melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning over the tops. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 3-5 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some chopped green onions before serving.
