1/2cupraw quinoa
1/4tspsalt
Milk or Cream
1/2cupmilk (of choice or unsweetened creamer)
Sweetener

1/4tspground cinnamon(Optional)
Instructions
Rinse and drain quinoa. Bring water, quinoa, salt, and optional cinnamon to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until fluffy.
Stir in milk or cream, then bring to a gentle boil while stirring.
Cook for a few minutes until desired thickness is reached.
Add toppings at any stage or garnish before serving.
