A delicious and hearty breakfast casserole perfect for feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

Casserole Base

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking dish with nonstick spray and brown sausage in skillet.
  • Spread crescent rolls in dish, top with sausage, pour eggs over, and add cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Notes

Great for meal prep; can be made ahead and reheated.
