Ingredients

Liquid

  • 1 cup light coconut milk (or another milk of choice)

Fruits

  • 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 banana banana (frozen)

Dairy

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Ice & Frozen

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao nibs

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or frozen fruit.
