A delicious and nutritious oatmeal bowl packed with blueberries, bananas, and almonds for a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients

Oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Fruits and Seeds

  • 1 piece banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • tsp almond extract

Nut Butters

  • 3 Tbsp almond butter

Instructions 

  • Combine oats and almond milk in a pot and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until oats are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in ground flaxseeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond extract.
  • Top with sliced banana, blueberries, coconut yogurt, and almond butter before serving.

Notes

You can add extra toppings like nuts or seeds for added crunch.
