Ingredients

Fruits and Dairy

  • 1 cup fresh berries, such as raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
  • 2 scoops whey protein
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 unit banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup store-bought low-fat granola
