Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Cut biscuit dough into pieces and layer in the dish.
Cook sausage until browned, add flour, then gradually stir in milk to thicken.
Pour sausage gravy over biscuits, then add whisked eggs and cheese on top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
