Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch pan.
  • Melt butter, then stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread into pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges pull away. Cool briefly before frosting.
  • For frosting: Mix softened butter, confectioners' sugar, cocoa, honey, and vanilla. Frost warm brownies.
