  • ¾ cup flour
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoon water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  • Mix sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, oil, water, and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
